The Village Tinkerer is a new NPC Villager added by Tinkers' Construct. He looks a lot like a normal NPC Villager, but has blue robes and large eyebrows, giving an expression of constant surprise. He lives and works in the Tool Workshop. Some possible trades include: 23 Pistons for an Iron Oreberry Bush, and 14 Pistons for an Aluminum Oreberry Bush. He acts different than a normal villager in that none of his trades involve emeralds. Some trades involve pistons, land mines, barriers and oreberry bushes.
