The Casting Basin is a Smeltery component that produces blocks when molten materials are poured into it. Similar to a Casting Table, molten material can be poured into it from a Seared Faucet attached to a Smeltery Drain.

Placement and Use[]
Place the Casting Basin under the Seared Faucet on the Smeltery Drain. Right-click the Faucet to pour the metal into the Casting Basin. After it cools, you will have a solid block of that metal. Also, if right-clicked with a block, the block will be placed inside the Basin. Some blocks can be made by casting liquid over a block inside the Basin.
The basin holds 9 ingots or 1296 mB of molten material. You can attach a faucet to it to remove liquids from the basin to another location.
The basin is also where Brownstone, Clear Glass, and Glue Blocks are created.
